luckyducky @morganmacholda hello dear. It is brand new. I bought it for a trip and decided not to wear it. Then waited too long so missed the return window. It was $700 or so originally. Let me know your thoughts as it is a beautiful piece I just have way too many dresses and it is a little big on me
