Alexis Target Dress XXS Spring Sold Out Yellow Flower Embroidered Festival

This is a lovely dress from the sold out collection that Target did in collaboration with Alexis. It has a button closure at the top in the front and features a floral embroidered element throughout. The skirt is tiered and the sleeves are balloon style. It has a rope style belt that ties in the front. It is lined but is still fairly lightweight and would make a nice summer to fall transition piece. It is an XXS, which I feel is closest to a 0 or a small 2 (see measurements). 100% cotton; embroidery - 100% polyester. Remove belt and machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Measurements are approximate.
