PTP is about 19 inches, waist about 16 and length from shoulder about 48. Elastic around arms. Slight puff sleeve. We machine washed cold and hanger/air dried. Smoke and pet free for people with allergies, like me 😉Slit up left side of leg sbout 18 inches from bottom of skirt. No under slip on this one, but nice silky inside.
