Alexandrite & Diamond Platinum Ring circa 1940s

Alexandrite & Diamond Platinum Ring circa 1940s size 4.25. A GFCO gem identification was included when purchased and is included with purchase. The gemstone report identifies the center stone as a natural chrysoberyl alexandrite that weighs 1.03 carats with a color change from yellowish-GREEN to BROWN-ORANGE/ORANGE-BROWN. Oval shape, brilliant cut stone with the following dimensions: 6.12 x 4.80 x 4.16 mm. The platinum ring is marked 10% irid, and the alexandrite is flanked by 2 diamonds on each side. 4 diamonds are single cuts approximately .12 carat total weight, I color, SI clarity. Total platinum weight 2.3 dwt. There is space for diamond bands; although, I have opted to wear this as a right-hand ring. I have owned this since September 2020. I have photographed this ring in outdoor light, indoor light, and candlelight.
