Alexandra Rosati Vintage Burnout Top w/ Ruffled Collar, Peplum & Sleeves

This top is absolutely stunning! It is multi colored burn-out velvet on a black background. The collar is really unique. The lapels are rows of double ruffles that go down the front and around the bottom of the top. Sleeves are awesome as well, as they have a double row of gorgeous ruffles. Approximate measurements laying flat are as follows: armpit to armpit - 20"; waist - 17"; bottom of top - 19"; length - 26". Never worn; pristine condition. Top is crinkled like fabric and will stretch an additional few inches.
