I bought this from shopsosie awhile back. It is a perfectly fun shift dress. Tie belt is removable. The bottom of 3/4 sleeves have elastic, so they easy to adjust how you wear this piece. I find it a bit short on me, so I wear with tights. I love this one a lot, just looking to switch up my wardrobe. Ask any questions.
