I have been hoarding lingerie for well over a decade. I’m working to let some go. I measured the back. Underarm to underarm is approximately 23" Center of top to bottom is approximately 45.5" As with most lingerie this age, there are probably some small picks. I am picky about them and try to show ones that are more noticeable. I didn't notice any on this. I have trouble capturing color. Please ask questions.
