Alexander Wang wool vest with shawl collar

Hip-length sleeveless blazer by Alexander Wang. Or vest, gilet, waistcoat - how does one clothing item have so many names? Lightweight black wool (95% wool, 5% elastane). Patch pockets on front, no buttons, lapel is shawl collar style, slightly cutaway armholes in back. US 2, cut for a slightly loose fit. I stalked this online for months before buying it but then I only wore it once before I realized it was too small.
