hi. does the vest have piling? or is that the normal look? hard to tell by photos....thanku oh it says size 2. does it fit like a size small or will it fit a medium or large? thanx again!

@alterdkofta thanks for asking. that's how the Vest is made. it looks like its distressed and it's a small bur can fit up to a medium because there is no front closure.
