Tear on the interior from removing the tags. With some effort could be sewn I haven’t tried, it doesn’t effect the look it’s just interior. All tags are removed it was just under $700 new. Not worn much at all it is a beautiful skirt. Too small for me. It is 15 inches across laid out approximately a 6 said an 8 though
