Ive never seen this in a shoe and they did it well. You can see it clearest in the 1st ane 3rd photos. Heart shaped peep toe. 5" stiletto heel with a hidden platform which reduces the pitch of the heel. So these wear like a 4" in heel. Also, stiletto placement is centered under the middle of your heel (5th & 6th photos), rather than the back. This offers much more stability and reduces discomfort in the legs after extended wear. Padded leather footbed and black leather outsoles. Can be dressed up or down.
