Alexander Liquid Beading Ballgown

Bought off rack at sale in 2020. Canceled wedding due to COVID and ended up buying different dress. Never worn - has been in bag since purchase. Bought item with some beading missing and was told it would be an easy repair at any alteration shop. Entire top is beading. Top "zebra" pattern layer removed as shown in stock pictures.
