Alexander Julian skirt

Alexander Julian skirt. Vintage. Pleated. 2 side pockets. 7 buttons up front and inside hook closure. The skirt is about 33.5 inches long. Flat it is about 14.5 inches across. Pretty blue with very thin pin stripes in yellow, red, green, white, and purple. First photo closest to color. A small stain on back of skirt. See last 3 photos. The right tip of the package is pointing at the spot. This has been washed but the spot has not been specifically treated. This is vintage and sold as is. This calls for dry cleaning, but I have washed it in cold water, gentle cycle and line dried.
