I did hair something from the support team saying they are not going to change the bracelet I am very disappointed I dont think it is fair that I Purchase this broken bracelet and all I'm asking it to be fair I can send you pictures I'm not asking for my money back all I'm asking is a replacement. When I recieved the bracelet it look find when I saw it but when I put in on my arm a few days ago that's when I noticed the top fell off on the floor I wasn't aware that it even fell
