@ahqandr hi. Thank you fir your interest. I measured and added more photos. The skirt is high waisted. It had a seam, I added photos. The waist measures 28 inches. Length depends if I start at the high waist is so it’s 27” if I start at the lower seam it’s 24” See if you can figure it by the photos. I tried my very best. Let me know if any more questions.
