The waist measures 18" side to side. The elastic in the back can stretch more. The hip area side to side measures approximately 27" across. The leg area measures approximately 15" from the crotch to the outside seam. The measurement from the top of the waist to bottom of leg is approximately 42 1/2". NWT. Never worn.
