Alex Evenings Formal dress; size 14P; navy blue (first picture is closest to true color; with embellished neck; fitted waist; flared; 3/4 length sheer sleeves; Due to the stretchy material and the form fitting style, it was a little hard to measure, but the waist measures approximately 18” and the bust measures approximately 21 1/2”. My guess is that it has at least a two-inch stretch to it before it alters the looks of the dress. Dress is in excellent condition.
