Alex Evenings black and white dressy top. The sleeves have ruffles at the ends. The material is polyester and nylon. It comes with a belt that has a sparkley buckle. It's a size large, but fits like a medium so I'm listing as a medium. New, never worn.

@kanusch2018 hello and thanks for looking! it's at about 17 inches. it's a beautiful top, but falls on the smaller side of a large. I'd say more of a medium fit if that helps.
