Skirt is completely lined. Skirt: Waist: 28” approximately but stretched to about 42”. First measurement was with no stretching. Length: 33” approximately. From waist to hem. Jacket: Bust: 41” pit to pit around approximately. Sleeves: 10” approximately pit to hem. Length: 24 1/2” approximately shoulder seam to hem. If you need any other measurements just ask!💚
