Alex Evening Gown, Steel/Dusty Blue, 3 quarter length sleeves

Elegant gown with embellished neckline and sleeves. Built-in molded bra; sheer sleeves and bodice. I wore this one time to a wedding and it was stunning. I am 5'5" with 3-1/2 heels and it was the perfect length. Can be shortened (suggest a tailor). This is a beautiful soft, steel blue in color. Rhinestones and beading are sparkling silver accented with dark blue sequins. Three small silver beads are missing at top of back neckline near closure, but secure. I have attached picture of back neckline so please review carefully.
