Alegria Eva boot EVA-648 Burgundy size EU 40, US 10

Gently used and well cared for these suede and leather boots have only been worn a handful of times. There is however a very tiny scuff on the right toe which I’m sure could be fixed. This is sized EU 40 and definitely fits more like a US 10 - 10.5 Any other questions, feel free to leave a comment below.
