Aldo grey gray leather pumps 3 inch mid heels closed pointed toe EU 39 US 8.5

Aldo grey leather pumps with a pointed toe, 3-inch heel, and cute ribbon detailing. There's a leopard-print pad in the insole (see photos) but it looks like it was added after purchase (and also seems removable if you decide you don't like it). Size is 39 (see photos). Aldo's size chart says that 39 is an 8.5 in US women's sizes. I didn't see any other indication of size, width, etc. so as far as I can tell they're size 8.5, standard width. Used but in good shape overall. Mostly the sort of stuff that you'd expect after wearing them 5-6 times. Here's what I noticed when looking them over: • Small scuff on the left toe just above the sole (see photo #3) • A nick near the top of the right heel (see photo #5) The nick on the heel is maybe visible without getting too close up; it also seems like something that could be smoothed out. The toe scuff is basically impossible to see without getting super close to the toe. There are also some marks that seem like scratches, but the shoe has this sort of multi-tone thing going on, and I honestly can't tell if they're scratches or just the design. I tried running my fingernail along a part of the shoe to see if it would make a similar mark, but it didn't leave a mark at all, so maybe (?) it is just the design...
