Aldo Raimondi The Arch of Septimius Severus Watercolor Art Print Framed Vintage A superb vintage watercolor art print by highly regarded Italian watercolor artist Aldo Raimondi (1902-1998). Depicts the Arch of Septimius Severus, which stands in the Roman Forum at the foot of the Capitoline Hill and at the west end of the Via Sacra, a short distance from the Temple of Saturn which is also pictured. Signed by the artist. Beautifully framed under glass in a lovely ornate antique gold and crackle white Italian Baroque wood frame with linen liner and backing paper dust cover. Picture wire attached on the back for hanging. Frame measures approx. 12 " x 14". Artwork measures approx. 8" x 10". In very good vintage condition. Frame has minor spots of light wear and a few small dings in a couple of places. Please see pictures for more details.
