Looks like the leather on 1 heel is loose. Can that be fixed at a shoe cobbler shop? Are these shoes comfortable to wear?

@rivergoddess I’m a local consignment service so not sure of comfort level as most items were not mine originally. The wrinkle toward the bottom of the heel is what you saw? I’m sure a good shoe repair shop could iron that out for you. Open to reasonable offers.
