Alberta Ferretti silk dress

Alberta Ferretti limited edition silk gown with chiffon lining. Brand new. Never worn. Tags still on. This dress is insanely beautiful. There are draw strings in the back for gathering. Made in Italy. I don’t understand the sizing. The dress says size 44 however, I’m an XS and feel like it’s only two sizes too big. The mannequin is a size small.
