This beautiful dress by Albert Nippon is a blue and white 3/4 sleeve dress. It has buttons from the Midwest all the way up to the top. There are two lapel straps that turn into enough material to tie a bow. The dress has a zipper on the left side and it is designed like a mermaid dress so the fans out real wide at the bottom. This dress is an excellent condition.
