Albert Nipon Dress! Very 1920's reminiscent or maybe Blair Waldorf? Cute light dots all over. Sheer dress with buttons down the front. Skirt area is not sheer. Dress is size L or 10 on the label. Could fit size M or size 6-8 as slightly oversized. Would work best for someone taller! I am size 6-8 and 5’9 and it works for me! The arms are very tight though and seem almost like a smaller body than the rest of the dress. Measurements when lying flat: Bust is 19 inches, Sleeve is 23 inches, Shoulder measurement is 14.75 inches, Full Body length from High Point Shoulder is about 39 inches.
