Our sheer dress with slip included and ruffle-sleeves. Has an elastic neckline with front ties. Tags that have size L printed on them actually fit more like a 12/0X. The size will be labeled as L. Based on a size 3X, approximate measurements are as follows: Bust is 53". Waist is 56". Length (Shoulder to Hem) is 38 1/2".
