This is native Alaskan art I am unsure as to which tribe because there are multiples. The bottom has EKEMO inscribed, unsure of what it is made out of. I am thinking ivory and some sort of bone. The harpoon is held in place by a form of sinew. This is a beautiful piece. The harpoon is broken, but it can be replaced very easily as well as the paddle is broken and only the tip remains.
