It has not been tailored. Measurements from the site: bust (83-87cm or 34.6-36.6 inches), waist (69-74 cm or 27.2-29 inches), hips (99-105cm or 39-41.3 inches).

Oops you're right. It is size SMALL. Here are the correct measurements: S (US 4 / UK 8 / EU 36). bust (83-87cm or 32.7-34.3 inches), waist (66-68cm or 26-26.8 inches), hips (95–98cm or 37.4-38.6 inches).
