This dress is brand new (shipped from Australia) with tags still attached. The size XS is equivalent to a US size 2. The Dara Dress is made from white & blue floral print fabric & features off-shoulder puff sleeves, wrap around waist tie & flowing a-line maxi skirt. You can wear this style on the shoulder or off the shoulder like in the picture. Fabric content: Satin stretchy fabric and lined. No bra required. In-built bustier. Cold hand wash only.
