This high waisted vintage skirt has a shearling detail at the bottom. It is very comfortable and stretchy material. For reference I am 5’3 and it hits an inch or so above the knee. I weigh 125 lbs and it fits my waist nicely.

@5foot209 hi sorry for my delay! The waist is about 25-27 inches (the reason I say that is it is spandex at top so definitely fits tighter or stretches more if you need.) It also sits way higher than your natural waist.The hips are at about 30 inches (again the fabric has stretch). It is about 21.5 inches long (top of skirt to bottom)
