akira I am me rainbow Stripe accordion pleated chiffon maxi dress with halter neck-adjustable self tie. women's size Large. bodice interior has smocking which allows for stretch. about 17"-25" flat across. New with a tag. however there's a small flaw on the white stripe. see pics. not noticeable with all the pleating this is so full and flowy and has a little weight to it. partially lined polyester the stock photo show it can be worn with or without waist sash. one NOT included. however there are 2 side loops. can be snipped off if desired. see pics. about 41" long modeled on my xs 5'8" mannequin 2lbs 6950
