Akira (Crop), Sleeveless Open Back/Sides Top

Slightly cropped sleeveless tank (I’m usually a small, but the medium hits right at top of mid waisted jeans); open back with tie at waist of shirt, open sides with velvet strip— material is shimmery (slight) and velvet subtle stripes. Only worn a handful of times- like new.
