Akira Black and White Bubble Shorts

Akira bubble shorts do not come a a straight edge hem, the bubble around giving the shorts some dimension. Fabric is very light weight allowing the bubble to really take shape. The front of the shorts have 2 pockets as well as on the back. Elastic waist and no zippers. Super cute dressed up or down.
