peanut___ And the measurements of the waist. I want to make sure that the rouching is noticeable like in the picture. One time I bought a rouched dress but it was just tight and you couldn’t even see the rouching. And that’s what I liked about it-the rouching. I am usually a medium in leggings and 27 in jeans
