cassidyrae1995 @vbee hi! Sorry for the delay. Bust is 14.5in and waist is 13.75. Both have elastic that help it kind of stretch to you and then the bow can tighten the whole thing depending if you need it (if not, you can tie it loosely). Let me know if you have any other questions!
