Could you please…
Check Model Number via Settings:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Bluetooth (or Settings > [your AirPods])
3. Find your AirPods in the list
4. Tap the "i" (More Info) button next to your AirPods
5. Look for:
- Model Name
- Model #
- Serial #
- Version
Check Model # on AirPods:
1. Flip your AirPods over
2. Look for the text printed on the underside of each AirPod
3. The model # should be on the first line
