This is a vintage hot/cold beverage dispenser from Zojirushi (aka "Elephant Brand"). The model # is SE-2200 and it was called the Air Pot. It works by vacuum pumping the liquid up through a dispensing tube. The bottom of the pot swivels so you can serve the beverage without having to pick up the dispenser to move it.
