I believe your order is lost in the mail. I put it in a USPS collection box last Thursday and it never started tracking. I assumed the delay was due to USPS being closed Thursday, then the snow storm here on Friday. The collection box pick up is noon Monday-Friday. I have contacted USPS, but have not been able to speak with a person who knows what to do. I am so sorry! I've never had an issue like this before 😔
