Good condition. Smoke/pet free home. Minor leather scuffing. Nothing a leather conditioner couldn’t fix. Noticeable to me only because I was really looking for any flaws to disclose in description. Looking at pics nothing really visible. Interior fabric folds and edging has some minor discoloration. Can be cleaned if you choose to. Metal flap snap has some minor discoloration. Leather.
