Samsung LED chips with added red, blue, UV and IR LED chips combine to provide complete nourishment for horticultural applications. The system offers the flexibility of on-board dimming and external control capabilities. as there is no controller, or remote. and it definitely needs the controller otherwise it's too much power for plants. I'd offer you $300
