shanesgal @tzoerner Did you mean the Bell sleeve top? I don't have the Tie Sleeve. The Bell Sleeve runs big. So if you got a med Bell you will want the Ruffle Sleeve in L.

shanesgal @tzoerner I'm not seeing the Ruffle sleeve in my PM Shop but I do have them. If you are talking about the Frill sleeve you will probably want the M in those.
