ottosmom111 Hi, Is this then considered new without tags? Also, would you be able to provide measurements, especially across chest and its length? Thanks so much!

hautesophia @ottosmom111 it has never ever been worn so yes new without tags. The length looks like it’s around 28” and the chest across the front is 17” It’s a super refined darling piece, I purchased it from the Agnes B store and ended up pregnant before getting the chance to wear it.
