This dress is made of see-through lace. There is an inbuilt modesty panty. There is underwiring at the bust. I accompanied this with another AP bra as seen in the last photo when I use to perform at a speakeasy in Hollywood. Dry cleaned. This dress is a knock-out. I just am not performing anymore post-Covid. Is an AP4 but fits smaller, more like an AP3.

sangelinic So, because you said that this dress fits smaller, do you have a decent guess as to what cup size this was maybe made for? I know AP 3 is like a 34C and AP 4 is like a D but I’m curious your thoughts on this one. Honestly, AP sizing is the worst to guess at. I have bras like the Nayeli where a 34B fit perfectly, bras where a 34C fit(Average size), and bras I should have gotten a 34DD because they are way small. I’m big on things fitting right so have to ask.

follow_the_moth @sangelinic Hi! No problem on the questions, Id rather you know exactly what you're purchasing! Here's what I just measured...The waist is 14" wide, the Hips are approx 19" wide, and from the top of the spaghetti strap to the bottom lace is 44" long. I am 5'8" and this dress goes lower (longer) than how it is portrayed on the model in these photos for me. Not by much, but it does. I wear a 34C bra and I am craving a bit more oomf to where they push my girls up more like the model. ....

follow_the_moth @sangelinic I feel an AP3 in this dress would fit me slightly better than an AP4. However, it does fit, just not in the ways where it controls and supports the shape of my figure how AP stuff should be worn.

follow_the_moth Also, know that there is a body suit inside of the lace which is nice. The chest portion of this dress is too revealing for me, so I would wear another AP bra underneath so I don't feel like my girls could be seen through the lace. Looks good though with the bra. It depends how your girls are shaped.

follow_the_moth @sangelinic The photo above of Nikki Minaj...she is also wearing a bra with it. Looks great, but you may also need to expect to have to wear one if you wear it outside of the bedroom :) Hope this helps??!

sangelinic @follow_the_moth ugh this may be too big/long for me then especially for what I thought I’d do. I thought I may line it with stretchy silk in the same color or do a custom shaped slip. But with the bodysuit it may be impossible. I only have one AP dress and it’s the Mona in a size 3 and I don’t fill out the top at all… but same with the AP corsets 😩

sangelinic @follow_the_moth I really wanted this dress… I have an AP robe the matches and the color is amazing. The most beautiful shade of blue. But I am not terribly gifted up top nor in height 😩 😣 😩

sangelinic @follow_the_moth well the store in Vegas is still open. I still go there when I’m in town. But I already know I am never going to fit the shape. I own all the Mercy corsets in a size 3 because fits everywhere else but up top and I own one soirée collection corset in a size two that fits nowhere… still I keep trying lol

sangelinic @follow_the_moth okay, I think I may have a plan. But I need to see if I can deconstruct the cups to make them smaller. Do you have a picture of the interior side of the cup areas? Can you tell how bad I want to make this dress work?
