The chest measures 16 inches unstretched from pit to pit, the overall length from the highest point on the shoulder to the shortest point on the hem is right at 27, and to the longest point on the hem is right at 32. There is some stretch in the material so i would think maybe a small or medium could wear it comfortably. It would fit blousy on a small and a bit more fitted on a medium, I think. Measurements are taken on a flat lay. The olive background with the black floral design is gorgeous and the sunburst of shiny nail heads on a main flower is just enough bling!
