Agaci strapless, high-low dress

New with tags, but the bottom of the dress is a little wrinkled because I had it wrapped up in a plastic covering. I'm 5'3 and when I hold this dress up to me, the front of the dress hits above/at the knee and the back of the dress hits just above my ankles. The lace bust looks to be tan underneath with black lace over it.
