African Skirt. NWOT - Only ever tried it on. Purchased from Priscilla's African Apparel at 2109 Bob Wallace Ave SW B, Huntsville, AL 35805 The store only sells genuine African made fabrics/clothing from the shop owner's village. Unfortunately, I don't remember the village name. The skirt has a elastic waistband. when the elastic is completely relaxed, the waist is 26" in circumference. When it is fully stretched, it is 34" in circumference. there's one single pocket in the side of the skirt. length (waist to skirt hem): 43" or 3'7" Does not have a tag since it is handmade but based on measured sized above, this best falls under the classification of a medium sized skirt.
