Inner Child Healing And Affirmation Deck is a tool to assist in healing the inner child. With the deck comes a guidebook that doubles as a coloring and activity book.  The cards have the affirmations printed directly on them with the coloring/activity book sharing the detailed descriptions. Also, included are black and white pictures of each card for you to color. At the end of the guidebook you will find different writing activities that are reminicent of childhood activity packs to encourage the dialouge with your inner child.  The cards have a youthful, light feel to them in order to connect with your younger self. The goal is to make the inner child comfortable enough to open up and the discussion can begin. You’ll have the opportunity to go deep within to assist in healing and catching your younger self up to where you are today. The cards can be used however you choose. I personally pull 3 cards, asking whatever is on my heart, journal, and then discuss my feelings and findings with my therapist. Again, there are no rules. However, the coloring/activity book will go into greater detail if you choose to utilize it. You do what feels right.
