Aeropostale green cargo mini skirt w/hand-stitched & painted skeleton details

I believe the stitching, skeleton on a moped details were an artists add on, I don’t believe it came this way. Either way this is from Seattle I believe in the late 90’ early 00’s. I loved these unique details when I rocked this back then. In super good condition for its age. Left side pocket needs a simple stitch up, see photo (I could offer doing this before sending out if you like?) just want my clothes memories to find a new afterlife.
